Follow Ups (to the MXT)
Pick up where we left off… these sessions follow directly on from ‘The MXT’.
We skip the talking and react to our prior findings, targeting any areas of persistent trouble. We’ll make full use of techniques such as dry cupping and apply fresh kinesiology tape etc when necessary. These sessions give us the opportunity to retest ROM and check motor patterns etc, ensuring you are on the right path to moving better.

- Sports Massage (a blend of techniques with a focus on body mechanics; the interplay of joints and specific muscles)
- Maintenance (no diagnosis necessary – simple targeting of key areas (read below for more))
- Thai (full body massage and stretches combine to provide both physical and mental results)*
- Hawaiian (a relaxing full body massage making particular use of smooth, ‘wave-like’ movements)*
- IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation, aka Graston Technique)

We focus on 1 or 2 specific areas of your body; as always, tailoring the massage depth according to your pain thresholds and needs.
These shorter sessions of ‘me-time’ can be squeezed in to a hectic day and help you to feel better, more often.
For the self-employed, regular massage can prevent stress and discomfort; avoiding time off work/loss of income.
